Delete Your Account

For the Street Drags Android app (com.idealtech.street_drags) · IdealTech

You can have your Street Drags account and everything attached to it permanently deleted. There is no charge and you do not have to give a reason.

Only online accounts are affected. If you have never signed in, you do not have an account with us — your career is saved only on your own device, and uninstalling the game removes it.

Delete it from inside the app

The quickest way, and the one that needs nobody but you. It is available from version 2.6.5 of the game.

  1. Open Street Drags and tap ONLINE.
  2. Open the DRIVER tab.
  3. Tap DELETE ACCOUNT, under SIGN OUT.
  4. Type your password and tap DELETE FOR GOOD.

The account, the handle, every time under it on the leaderboards, your ghost runs, your grudge races and the garage backed up on the account are deleted from the server at once. The cars and career saved on your phone are not touched.

If you no longer have the game installed, or cannot sign in, we will do it for you.

  1. Email us from the address on your account, or from any address if you never added one, at christianfourie60@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject line Delete my Street Drags account so the request is not missed.
  3. Include your driver handle — the name you sign in with and that appears on the leaderboards. We need it to find the right account.
  4. We confirm it is you. If the account has no email address on it, we will ask you to prove ownership by signing in from the app, so that nobody else can delete your account.
  5. We delete it and confirm by reply.

How long it takes

Requests are actioned within 7 days and completed within 30 days at the outside. You will get a reply confirming the account is gone.

This cannot be undone. Deleting the account frees your handle for someone else to take, and your leaderboard times and ghost runs cannot be restored afterwards.

Data we may keep briefly

Encrypted backups of the service can hold a copy for a short period before they rotate out, and we may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself where we are required to. Nothing in either is used to rebuild your account or to identify you in the game.

Keeping the game, losing the account

Deleting your online account does not delete the game. Street Drags is a complete single-player game — after deletion it keeps working offline, with your local career, garage and best times untouched. Only the leaderboards, ghost racing and grudge races stop being available.

Deleting the local save as well

To remove the career stored on your own device, either clear the app's storage in Android Settings → Apps → Street Drags → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the game.
